There they were, the eggs in the seperate incubator, dated to hatch on the same day as prof. Birkin wrote down what he has done.

i am professor birkin and i am one of the scientists testing out the human animal hybrids i injected human cells into the eggs of two very useful animals, the first one was a king cobra, useful for its fast acting venom and speed, mainly good for killing, the next egg is for a more recon style life, a red-tailed hawk, hawks can fly around with no worry and can FLY which should be very useful. the eggs should both hatch today, the cobra egg is hatching i think im going to name him tom. now the hawk is hatching, tobias shall be his name. if this file is found do not let it get into the hands of either of these hybrids because i want them to grow up like normal people. date: July 4th 1988.

20 years later...

a person wearing a name tag walked into the air force base, signing up on his 18th birthday, he was a known ace helicopter pilot. the tag said Tobias Hawk... meanwhile another man walks into a bar looking for a fight with a buff drunk. his name Tom Cobra. Tom found the first guy on the bar who had a tatoo that moved with the mans muscles. tom had black hair, brown snake-like eyes, and a menacing look on his face. Tobias was another story, he had dark blonde hair and blue eyes, he also had a Chuck Norris style beard, he always looked for a challenge but not a big fight, he was one who looked at the room, its windows and the people in it before fully entering. back to tom. Tom grabed the guy at the bar by the shoulder pulled him back and punched him in the face, a one shot knock out. Tom was a powerful rogue person who would kill his own brother if need be. Tobias walked by the front desk at the airforce base "hey robert,  anyone new today?" by then robert, the security guard or mall cop, had his donut half eaten and a large gut. he knew about Tobias' secret but didn't tell anyone and that means NO ONE. "uhh yeah, a woman wants you to give her a tour around the city and nearby islands, shes in the pilots lounge." robert replied with a gasp of air then another bite of the pastry. "well, ok guess since its a woman i might as well give her a discont." Hawk never thought woman low he admired them in a way that he saw fit, yeah he was a batcholer. he didnt want people to think he thought woman couldnt support themselves but he felt sorry for them for how they were misstreated in the centries past. Tobias walked into the pilots lounge to see a beautiful woman with brown hair that went down to her shoulders, she was looking down into a book when Hawk said "are you gonna read that book all day or do you want to get a tour?" from fright the woman looked up at a good speed, but hawk knew it wasnt as good as him or is brother who could snap their heads into the direction of their target. "veronica, veronica conda. and im willing to pay $100 for your services." she looked up and imediantly they both felt something that wasnt considered a human feeling. "50 bucks thats all ill take." hawk said with a smirk on his face, this woman he never met before seemed... different to him than anyother he has encountered. the two walked out to an old huey model helicopter, on the side it says Hawk's Bird. they both got into the helicopter and Hawk stared it up, when the blades spun enough they took off, meanwhile with tom. a man weilding a pool stick went to stab tom but he wasnt fast enough, tom dodged to the left and kicked the guys side to knock him over. the scene was a tattered room, people knocked out everywhere, only the bartender and tom stood. Conda asked "i didnt catch your name what is it?" hawk glared at her with his natural hawk eye stare but he just said "tobias hawk, i felt something in the pilots lounge. are you a hybrid? because ive only felt this way around my brother who is a hybrid." he was serious now 100 feet in the air no one can hear their conversation. he flew low while she looked outside and silently thought of here answer, then she said "yes, i am a hybrid". they both stopped and thought about this and fear struck them. two hours later they landed and hawk saw the worst thing he could while on his way out. tom was waiting at the door. tobias wanted to walk miss conda to her moped but he saw tom and thought oh no im not getting out of this am i? "hey whats up a new girl friend tobi? i didnt think you were going to have a full time chick." tom said with a grin. "tom im just taking this pretty woman to her bike... now you know as much as i you would win in a fight because you are good at it." tom replied "i aint stoping you from taking this chick to her bike, im just standing here waiting for my brother." tobias walked veronica to her bike and met up with tom at hawk's 69 corvette. they both got in and drove to their home at the lab. tom turned on a sunlamp and quickly changed form into a king cobra. and lay under it basking, hawk was another story he changed to hawk form thinking about his encounter with another hybrid. veronica made it to her lab where she wrote down the events in a diary she kept on a desk. after that she walked into a habitat room where large trees were and she climbed on onto a thick branch where a sunlamp was but she rarly used it, she lay down thinking about hawk then she changed form into a large snake, an anaconda she was over 30 feet long and could easily swallow a man. she wrapped her body around the branch and decided it was best left for tomarrow.
